Delivery and Returns
ALL ORDERS ARE POSTED WITHIN 48 HOURS, MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM.
FYI, Get Better Boxes are classed as small packages and have the ability to fit through most UK front door letterboxes. However, this does not mean that every Get Better Box will fit every letterbox. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:
Royal Mail (UK).
1st class postage (next-day): £3.35
2nd class postage (standard): £2.85
1st class postage (signed for): £4.45
Europe 1st class (signed for): £10.75
Rest of World 1st class (signed for): £13.80
Need Sameday™ delivery? We don’t usually do it, but it’s always worth emailing to ask – we’ll do whatever we can to help! We will get back to you as soon as we can with an answer and adjusted price. Note: Do not order choosing another delivery option if you want Sameday™ delivery, always email us first in these instances to save disappointment.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Of course! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you have up to 28 days to return it – but it has to be in perfect condition and in it's original packaging with the labels still attached. To return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns form letting us know the problem and whether you would like a refund or to exchange the item for another.
If you are returning an item because of a manufacturers fault or a mess up on our side we will refund the cost of return postage. If it's because of a change of mind or purchase of the wrong product, unfortunately we can't.
THE WRONG BOX WAS SENT OUT!
We hate making mistakes as much as you hate getting them! Unfortunately we are only human and therefore an error or two is inevitable! Please forgive us if we have sent you the wrong box, or left anything out from your order.
Contact us at email@example.com and we will get the correct items out to you that day. We will also cover your return postage costs for wrong items we have sent out.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns form, detailing the reason for the return.
2. Package up your goods with the original order note and returns form and take to a post office sending it to:

*Please package your items carefully, in any original wrapping or boxes as delivered to you, with original labels.
*Please use a recorded delivery service to ensure they arrive safely as we cannot take responsibility for items while they are in transit.
*Ask for and keep proof of postage.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
We usually process a return within a few days of receiving the item. We will email you to let you know if your return request has been accepted or if there is anything we need to speak to you about. If an exchange has been asked for we will send it out by Standard Royal Mail Delivery (2-3 days). Refunds can take around a week to appear in your account and will be on the same method that you used to pay us (card, bank acc etc). Your bank or card issuer dictates this and we have no control over it unfortunately!
We can only exchange a box for a different box of the same price or lower (with us refunding the difference). If the item you wish to exchange your box for is out of stock we will refund you and let you know by email when we have it back in. We cannot offer exchanges on individual items purchased as part of a gift box.
